On another note, can you all say a quick prayer for my puppy (well she's almost 3, but still my puppy) she woke up this morning covered in hives!! She's a white boxer so they're really visible on her
I have given her Benadryl and a oatmeal bath and she's not drooling as much and seems to be scratching less. I'll be taking her into or taking to the vet as soon as they open. She's had to have been bitten by something, again, or she ate something...anyway please pray for her because she's awesome, and because she's a great doggie! Poor things sleeping now, I hope the Benadryl is enough to get rid of the hives and she'll feel better soon...

Awww, poor baby! When Fancy disapeared for 3 weeks she came back covered from the top of her chest, down her belly and her entire back side in hives. We believe she may have walked across a ground hornets nest by the pattern on her body. Vet gave her fluids and vitamins (she had been gone for 3 weeks and was quite dehydrated) and she was on Benadryl for 3 days before the hives went completely away. Be prepared for her to loose the hair in the spots of the hives. Took a good 6 months for Fancy to not look like a spotted dog

Things to do for the first day of each month.
1) give Mattie her heartworm meds. (she had 'em when she came to me) Had the treatment and now we just pray and maintain,
2) Apply Matties flea/tick protection. Guess y'all can see, my world revolves around Mattie.

Thanks guys, she's acting normal, she's doing her normal morning routine, playing with hubby, playing with my other puppy....but she's got huge welts all over mostly one side of her body, her head, her face behind her ears, I feel so bad for her because I'm allergic to a ton of stuff and know exactly what she feels right now, and it's no fun to have hives. She was stung by a bee(wasp) at the beginning of summer that required surgery to her face to drain the infection and it was awful! I hope she can control whatever is affecting her now easier...and she's not miserable for days...

I have my very first vaping convert. I put together some of the equipment I have used along my vaping journey and added most of what I have won in contests and passed it all to my sister. She is going through some difficult times and was up to almost 2 packs a day. She is already down to just a few (3-5) smokes a day after just a week of vaping. I started her with auto batts and cartos because that is what I had the most of. I am so thrilled that it is working so well for her. I know, for this to work, a person has got to want to do it. I think she was finally ready. Yea!!!!!!!!!!
One such as myself, would be set up for ages to receive all this. No joke. I think I'd have to share or be very nice to give some of this to others at an upcoming local vape meet. Or just keep it all to myself *insert evil laugh here* haha.
