Yep, years ago we went to our local bank to sign the papers for a loan. The woman taking care of us had her nose in the air until the president of the bank came into the room, called us by name, shook hubbys hand and gave me a hug. Sure toned down her air of importance. It's a shame how some people act when they think you're a peon.

I just re-read that and it sounded like bragging and it really wasn't. We are just regular folks struggling to get by like everyone else. We just happened to know one of the guys in the good ol' boys club.
