Packing up to go back out to the coast and see my dad again. Going to need to sit down with the social worker there and start the process for moving him to a nursing home which he's going to hate even more than the hospital. It seems he's withdrawing from everyone and won't do much of anything. Not going to be a fun week. Wish me luck. I'll try to check in often enough to catch new rounds when I can.

I had to put my mother in a nursing home, first she wanted it then she hated it. They told us to give it about 3 weeks for her to adjust and she did. It took about that long. Praying for your strength and his acceptance.
