Morning peeps! It's Caturday, so that means mushy food.

I cooked green curry chicken breasts for the fam last night. So, this morning I ground up a leftover breast into pâté using the sauce to moisten it... YUMMMMM!!!! Yeah, it was room temp (no hot foods until Wed.), but... Never thought I'd be so happy to have 'baby food' again.

YAY !!

Amazingly well. Had fresh eggs, biscuits and ham for breakfast. It's nice to walk out the back door and head over to the chicken coop for fresh eggs--the 'girls' were keeping eggs warm for me.

My mom is addicted to the lottery. She was so upset this morning when she realized she forgot to get tickets for megamillions...thankfully no one won or we would have never heard the end of it! She'll probably buy double her usual amount of powerball tickets now to make up for it.
