I have one of those goofy freeze the container electric ice cream makers. I've often wondered if I ran an extension cord and ran the danged thing in the freezer, or at least the refrigerator, if it wouldn't set up better. The only thing I've had really come out well was a cheesecake icecream, and I think that was merely because it had a large amount of cream cheese and so was predisposed to being solid.
But I'm totally going to try this chocolate sorbet.
Those are the kind I wanna get. What I really want is the ice cream maker attachment for my Kitchenaid mixer.
