That's good that there replacing it for you, I rarely go over 4 volts so the 3.2-3.8v range is my sweet spot for most of my fruit and candy juices.

I have noticed that 3.2-3.8 is the perfect range but I've come across one fruit flavor that doesn't vaporize well in that range. It'll only produce at 4.0 or above.

Wiping the juice off is a better way to fix it than my coworker used. His was only lighting green (even though it needed a charge) so he just tightened the everliving heck out of it until it was permanently bonded to the charger. Ripped the control circuit right out when he tried to loosen it again.
