So our neighbors bought a couple of goats for consumption purposes. They were just going to feed and fatten them up. They THOUGHT they had two boy goats, but it turns out they were wrong and they now have two brand new baby goats. And the little girls have already adopted them as pets. Don't think those goats are going to end up eaten.

aww..that is too too cute** 'smoochers' little ground tappers' flippy wiggler' oh precious* love that **

They are pretty adorable. And the neighbor girls are having a great time dressing them in clothes. Hubby didn't realize though, how relatively large a baby goat is though. He was rather surprised.

Mom goat isn't nearly as pleased ;)

And hubby was expecting something more fist sized rather than an already walking animal bigger than a load of bread. He's never seen newborn goats before.

Here, there, everywhere!
;)

Sorry for the delay Lauralie kids took my computer for a baseball draft tonight.

My brother in law and I won't make the first one you mentioned (he won't be able yet) but we are shooting for the one in Oct. at our track.

And I'm jealous you get to go to Talladega :grr:

but happy for ya too:thumb:

If it weren't for Ron's company we wouldn't be going to Talladega.........they are the reason we got to go to the Brickyard a few years back too!

Sorry you won't make the first one and hope BIL gets 100% soon!

Yeah - when I was 16 I brought two goats home (mom and dad weren't real impressed, but hey 200 acres, what could they hurt right).

I was always bringing home stray cats and dogs but I think the goats were the icing on the cake
