I think I may have pre-humped at a party once...but I couldn't tell you how it was done, I did a lot of other stuff at that party too. 
As for the boobies...after 3 babies, weight changes, gravity, etc...I may just be able to tape them up over my face somehow next year for a scary halloween mask.

Ok, now I didn't wanna tell ya dis, but here goez it. We're gonna hafta do sumthin bout tyin' da goat up down the road and round da corner. Perhaps lets park at Morgans house or even IT....hey, where has she been anyhow? Cause Shushy seems to be takin a likin' to goat lately. Now where'd dat piece of da jaw comin' from I couldn't tell ya, but it scared the begeebies outta me when I go'd to pick up sumthin' in the yard and turnin' it over and seein' da teeth. Der wasn't enough hand sanitizer in the 15 or so bottles round the house, so I sent hubby to da store to get 25 more of em. Yeah, so give me a hollar when your close and we'll plan da meetin, I'll send over that 4x4 truck to pick you guys up real Texan like!! I'll bring da goats lotsa hay to keep it's busy for a while when your bisitin'

Seriously watch an old cartoons and pay attention, they go into saloons, there's always a cigar in an episode, and I'm pretty sure there were "dancers" in old cartoons too.
Hell even Pinochio had the cigars
