Well mine isn't NEAR as entertaining as Anita's but my little girl decided she was making supper tonight so I look at the menu she wrote up and chose the Egg, Sausage burrito because she makes REALLY good ones. Well........tonight she decided to forget the cheese (damn) and add salsa (no likey salsa) and for some odd reason she put Sour Cream on it. Let's just say I finally found the first thing ever that Sour Cream is NOT good on. I ate it and politely let her know it wasn't very good on it........just for future reference.

I'm not real big on "Breakfast Burritos"... which is what we call them out here... But I do know that salsa and sour cream is usually great on any burrito!! And throw in a little guacamole for good measure...

So I had chips in dis square tupperware type Gladwares containa ya know ? Ta keeps dem freshness like appropreatelys. Soo, earliers I polished off da chip crumbs and den tonites a few minutes ago I decides I needs a ebenin snacks ub some cereal squares ub oatmeals. Ub course da bargains in dis abode is dat he cooks, I do dishes which werks just groobey fer me cuz ya'lls knows I hates ta cooks. Anyways, I decides I gonna habe my cereal squares ub da oatmeals varietys swimmin in dat square containa wiff milks Soooo I see da last cereal oatmeal square just a floatin round doin laps tryin ta escapes my spoon eating utensils dere and I FAST like scoop da besterd up and eats it Sooo I habe extra milk juice in my square bowls and bein da milk hogga I is I put it ups to my lips like a fine wine glass to sips da delicious cow nectar down in one felt swoopers dere.....WRONG !!!!....as you mite habe expected, a square containa types bowl does nots sippy like a cup does and my lips is made fer flappin combersations and nots fer wrappin arounds a square bowl. In dat instants my lips therefores did not sufficientlys cober da bowl and all da deliciousness ub dat cattle juice just leaked out round my human kissing utensils and den proceeded to parade down my frontal anatomys in fine style like Hooty marchin afta da mail lady Soooo as I sit here smellin like a sour dough I'd adbise anyones who is thinking ub tryin dis NOT to as I am a mess rites now

And yes - she writes up a menu with choice of Entree, sides, drinks, desert - everything. She does a great job and of course I ate it all, really i did, don't hurt the kids feelings when she is so sweet.

I think I'm one if the resident gibbering idiots on this topic I have delayed circadian sleep disorder and rls, and it got MUCH worse when I got off analogues. There are many other chemicals in cigarettes than just nicotine. And it may not ever get better if it turns out those chemicals were actually medicating a real issue. It's hard to say, honestly (insert standard I'm not that type of doctor disclaimer here)

A couple of non invasive things you might try are blue light therapy in the morning (assuming you dont have and/or are not at risk for macular degeneration) and blue blocking glasses in the evening. Binaural beats music through head phones are also a safe and potentially effective alt med remedy.

Sleep apnea by any chance? I have myoclonic jerks and they calmed down when I began wearing a CPAP mask. I often sleep with binaural beats, it helps. (I do though take medicine too)
