Hi Burns, I took a recent trip to vegas out of philly. I broke down my pv (provari) and put all of the parts (body, batteries, tank) into separate ziploc sandwich bags and then into one big plastic bag. I took two 30ml bottles of juice and placed each one into a separate bags and put everything into my carry-on.

Flying out of philly I had no problems: went thru x-ray and TSA said nothing. On my return trip out of vegas, I was stopped after my carry-on went thru x-ray. The TSA agent was a real a**, but after looking it over for 10 minutes and me trying to explain it was just an e-cig... he waved me thru. So it all depends on the airport and TSA agent. But most important break down your pv and put into separate bags.

p.s. only 3 ounces of liquid allowed: 30mls = 1 ounce.

My mom and I got stopped coming back from Orlando several years ago....not for ecig stuffs, but of all things...her instant coffee Those nice boxy International coffees And of course they were at the bottom of her overpacked carry-on, so it took them a while to get to the bottom of the bag *sigh*

Yup!!!! MMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!

never thought to do them as drop cookies.....we always spread it out in the pan and just cut off the size piece we wanted

Since we are going for a week, we do have a checked bag, so I think I'm going to put my more crazy looking pv in there (broken down) with a note on what it is in the bag. And then just basic mini ego and maybe regular one and only 10 ml of juice on the plane with me, in a plastic bag.

Yes, thats good. A charger in each bag. I know most people aren't reporting any problems, but I'm a touch paranoid. I can't find any B&M stores in the area, so I'm going to be stuck if worst should happen.
