I found a fig bunt cake recipe not 3 weeks ago made with greek yogurt. I omitted the fig but it wad such a hit here I only had 2 slices all to me... (just like A good sin free cheese cake)

I'm a Greek yogurt fiend! Even after living on it for days, I still love it. Mix some cereal in it, let it sit a bit, and... OM NOM NOM NOM!

I successfully used it as a sour cream substitute, and I'm thinking it will be equally successful as a dip. But I just can't see putting it on cereal or eating straight. It is just so sour cream like to me, if you see what I mean. I'm having trouble wrapping my head around it. About the only cereal I regularly eat is grape nuts. Wonder how it would go with that? Maybe if I whip honey into the yogurt first?


Which kind of greek yogurt are you guys favoring?
