For straight eating; Vanilla is #1, Honey is #2, pretty much any fruit flavor (real fruit, thank you) tied for #3, and Plain is #4. For substitution purposes; Plain is #1 & Vanilla is #2, the others don't get used for substitution.

Whoops, I meant like brand...I haven't even branched out to flavors because my main interest in it is increasing protein. Though I'll have to see if I can find honey flavored. I love honey, and it seems like one of those things that the manufacture might do better than mix at home. And I can see honey flavor being good as a substitute in baked goods. I'm a big fan of multi purpose ingredients.
