Pork loin in the oven...haricot verts with slivered onions, garlic, chopped and rendered bacon pieces, white wine and seasoning (family secret)...But first I made a roux. The gravy is simmering nicely now, just have to wait on the rice and the pork loin. Food porn to follow:D

Nothing sane or logical. But then, this is the same state that passed anti abortion legislation that basically decreed a woman is "pregnant" from the end date of her last menstruation. Thats right, pre-pregant, two full weeks before conception could logically occur.

ETA: I misstated, pregant from the start of last menstruation, not the end. :facepalm:
