Ok, I'm going to try the next phase of my fitness goals. I live almost precisely 1 mile from the nearest (albeit crappy) grocery store. The weather is nice, so I'm going to try walking to the grocery store and carrying my groceries back, using our reusable grocery bags, since the only things I need are cauliflower, yogurt, and maybe a half gallon of milk and some butter. So, fit AND green, and it should curb my natural tendancy to buy junk food I don't need :D

Sounds like a good idea Erin! Might take two bags to even out the load so your not straining one side of your body.

I used to do that a long time ago when I lived closer to town. I'd also walk to the post office everyday. It really is a good workout carrying grocery bags :D I proud of you Erin !
