Two women were bemoaning the state of the National
Health Service. One said, "Do you know, my
ninety-three-year-old mother has been waiting over a
year for her operation?"
"That's appalling," said the other woman. "What a
terrible way to treat someone of that age."
"I know," said the first woman. "It got so bad that
at one point I even said to her,
'Mum, do you really need bigger boobs?'

My old girl, Hera Cat walked up and stuck her head in my plate. Some of you are probably thinking "BAD CAT", but a few of you might remember this is my really old, getting bad off, lost almost all of her teeth, super picky will only eat the Blue Buffalo Evolution and only in the blue bag and certainly not any wet foods-not even her gave dry food if it gets slightly humid, old old cat. Well, she needless to say surprised the absolute hell out of me. So I gave her a piece of chicken thigh, AND SHE ATE IT !!!!! She ate half a chicken thigh that I carefully shredded into old cat bite sized pieces. Oh gracious goodness I'm so glad we've found something else she's willing to eat. I mean she wouldn't even eat chicken breasts, she won't eat tuna (yes I know it's not good for cats, but what kind of cat won't eat it?), or drink milk, nothing. I'm just so relieved to have something to add to her diet as eating the dry food becomes more difficult for her. I mean she's not in any pain or distress, she's still drinking water and ...... like a champ, it's just the teeth and food eating thing that's been a serious quality of life concern.
That's wonderful news erin. Now if I could get my cats to either stop eating plastic or to start digesting it I would be happy. Unfortunately the latter is probably more likely.

burns I got a friend who has a 19 year old cat and she doesn't eat much.
They did find out she like bacon grease. I know, not to nourishing, but better than nothing.
