I'm sure it would help with the pain, but I gotta have peace about it, and no idea right now why I don't. But have learned to listen to those feelings, even when it seems so silly.

About 1 1/2 years ago I had to get an epidural steroid I injection because I ruptured 2 discs in my lower back....I'm still walking lol but they didn't help any (sigh....)....

Oh wow BD, you're the first person I've seen who said they didn't help with the pain. Of course, since the discs had ruptured already, not sure if anything could help that much pain.
