The triton came in yesterday and it is great it has already saved me from half a pack of smokes. The only thing is when it came in one of the tanks won't fire. Probably a coil not that big of a deal but it is annoying.

I have ordered some kona coffee, but still waiting for delivery. Halo has very fast shipping I ordered on Saturday and could have gotten it on monday.

I don't know for sure if Halo will replace a DOA clearomizer, but it is definitely worth talking to them. In the vape world, there isn't always a warranty. If there is, you may have mere days from receipt to let the retailer know there's a problem.

Many of us started on Halo liquid and equipment. The last I checked, Halo was still using 808/vGo threads. The vast majority of hardware commonly used now is 510. The two aren't compatible. In 3-6 weeks when you decide that you need something with a little more {something}, you may have to ponder switching to 510 threaded equipment. When that time comes, just do it. For now, enjoy the Triton - it's OK and can get you off smokes.

One of the popular liquids from Halo is their RY4 called Tribecca. RY4s are sweeter tobacco blends generally combining the flavors of tobacco, caramel, and vanilla. Tribecca is just a little of each making a nice blend. My brother also likes Halo's Torque which to my pallet is tobacco, a little tobacco type spice, and a little honey.

The tuition tax for new vapors is trying many small bottles of sample juices and upgrading equipment in the first few months. I vaped for 4 months before it became cheaper than smoking. Don't ever pay more than $1/ml for eliquid.

Fun times. End opine.

Hanzo.

Howdy from another TX boy. :thumb: I love coffee. Straight, black and strong. But most coffee vapes are geared towards the Starbucks tpye. Double skinny mocha latte frap, half twist, bend over, touch your toes, stand on one foot, etc... The only thing I have found that comes close is a DIY. I got some Cappuccino flavoring from TFA and mixed it up. It's not bad. But 5ml of it will ruin a coil.

So halo is taking care of me on the tank, great customer service. I like their cafe mocha, not plain coffee but it is good. after a pack a day for 20 years I still have an almost full pack I opened on monday thanks to the halo triton, should have done it sooner, what set up should I get next?

Welcome from Katy, TX...lol...there's a few of us here! I only have 3 coffee vapes I like, 2 are from a local shop, a caramel cappuccino and a straight black coffee. I also like Vape Moars Cafe Cream, very much, not to sweet, just a touch of cream. But the straight black coffee is my favorite right now.

Halo has IMPECCABLE customer service! The best, and I love their juice. I'm split between them, an online store I found about thru ECF, and my local B&M here in Katy.

Awesome! When it's time to quit, just do it. Don't play games with finishing this pack or that carton. Just make the decision and do it. You'll know when.

As for what comes next... In a week or two you'll figure out what you don't like about the Triton and that will give you the prompt for a new thread here on ECF. Eh eh.

Do you like your B&M in Katy? Who are they?

It is at Tiki. They have 99 flavors ( the chia tea and Tahitian dream) are I my rotation at all times. There's a few other shops around, but I like them the best. It's clean, it's not full of kids chucking clouds, and the guys know their stuff.
