Just thought I'd say hello and introduce myself.
I'm 18, was smoking for a while before I turned 18 but since it's obviously been much easier for me to get cigarettes myself. I decided a couple of months ago to quit whilst I'm young and hopefully my body will be able to undo any damage I have caused to myself.
I tried to quit but failed horribly, the stop smoking service put me on patches and gum but it wasn't really for me. A few days ago I read about electronic cigarettes on the net and decided to give it ago. So today I picked up a starter kit from my local tobacconists, an Intellicig Evolution for a rather reasonable £25. Haven't been able to put it down since, rather worryingly, but from reading these forums it seems that's a normal phase. I'll need to get some refills rather quickly though as I'm already on the second cartridge.
