Hey Guys,
Been lurking for a little while and finally decided to make an account. I switched over from marlboro reds about 2 months ago and have only had one real smoke since which I'm super happy about. Appreciate all the good info I've found here and the strong sense of support for people switching over.

I recently ordered some juice from an online vendor, not sure if it's against the rules to mention their name? but half was 50/50 half was max VG and both seem much more watery than other 50/50 mixes I've used and by far thinner than 20/80 liquid I have, is this something that steeping can help?

Welcome to ECF! Steeping does little to nothing for the viscosity of e liquid.

Is this normal to have different viscosity from 2 different vendors even if they are supposed to be same composition? Or are there tricks to use more/less wattage/air flow to help?

Could it possibly be that the liquid has went "off"? It could also be down to the composition of the mixture. Try getting in contact with the supplier maybe they could help you out more

Thanks guys. I'm not really sure what the deal with the liquid is. I sent them an email it was from vistavapors who I've read have thinner vg juice than normal for some reason? Their website says their maxVG should fall around 20/80 after the pg in the flavorings. The viscosity of the liquid doesn't matter to me if it would hit right, the flavor is still a little off but I'm sure will improve, just seems like he vapor production is weak compared to other maxVG I've tried and even other 50/50.

If I do get stuck with thin juice I do have an Atlantis head maybe it would pay to use it in that? Don't know if it's the right train of thought but thinking I might get use out of it since the Atlantis can just produce so much more vapor it might even things out?

I have an atlantis as well and I only put in my 'thinner' juice, it still creates a good amount of vapour and the taste is on point imho

Are there any tricks to thickening up juice besides adding straight VG and I guess then tweaking the flavoring a bit? I left the cap off one bottle curious if something will evaporate and just maybe fix the viscosity, it's like straight water right now but if I can run it through the Atlantis that's cool with me I'll just keep in mind viscosities next time I order.
