Hey guys, I just started vaping about a month ago as an alternative to analogs and I have to say I'm in love with it. I was a two pack a day smoker and I feel this is one of the healthiest changes I've made in my life. Right now I'm using a 650mah innokin ego with an Iclear16 and I ordered a vv 3.0 which should be arriving any day now but my question is, what are some good pocket friendly vapes out there that don't break the bank? I want something that i can just fill up and stick in my pocket with a decent battery ( unit/mod, battery, and charger under 100 bucks.) I'm not too keen on box mods because I've tried and MVP and it just feels weird in my hand but I do like the idea of the VTR where the tank is semi protected. Any feedback would be much appreciated!

What makes that provari so good that the price tag is so high?
It's built to be as durable and tuff as any mechanical mod, they are nearly indestructable. They are USA made and assembled, and come with a 1 year warranty (every Chinese-made mod will have a very limited warranty and can not be repaired post-warranty - consider them throwaways at that point). Even after the 1 year warranty expires, in the rare event that the Provari will need to be repaired, you can send it back to Provape and have it repaired good as new for reasonable repair costs and have it back within a week. Exceptional lifetime customer service, for as long as you own it. I fully expect my two Provari's to last 10 years or more. The majority of the cheaper mods on the market will be lucky to see their second birthday.

The vast majority of Chinese-made mods use the cheap 33.3 hz "rattlesnake" chip set. The MVP, iTaste vv, and Provari use a much higher quality 800 hz chipset which many users say provides a smoother vaping experience.

Provari is pretty much the way to go when you want consistency, made in the USA, quality.... but you pay for it. Many start off with all the others and then finally cave in and buy the Provari at some point. Not saying the others aren't good or even great ( I love my MVP 2) but you pay a little extra for the customer service that comes along with the Provari. :toast:

I think you have a great pocket setup already (ego batt w/ iclear16) if you like something compact but able to give you good flavor/vapor production. Have you considered getting a large mod/tank combo for home use instead of another compact vaping system?
