I know you said you don't want to read anything, but Baditude has a quick overview of the difference between delivery systems:

Is it a carto? atty? clearo?

And I wouldn't worry too much about products being outdated. ECF members tend to get excited about the newest hot toys and other devices become uncool, even if they work just fine.

Yes try the cartos they will work best for you but like anything you purchase research the product and find out how to fill them and use them correctly..

From the looks of it, this 'totally wicked tornado tank' system is nothing more than a rebranded ego-t.

I started out vaping with this system, my best advice is to get something else. After a few days they constantly leak. The atomizer is nearly impossible to clean without major and time consuming dis-assembly. The plastic tanks impart a slight taste to some of the more delicate juices. It produces vapor - but not enough.

Pickup up a kanger, viva nova, or mini-viva. You'll be much happier!

TW is known to sell re branded eGos- can be bought cheaper elsewhere. Totally Wicked tornado tank- outdated "tank" system (cartridge+ atomizer) prone to leaks. Just google eGo-T or eGo- C leaking= lots of hits. This delivery system should have been taken off the shelves long ago. Realize the eGo only fires @ 3.3 volts- there are other eGo class PVs that fire @ 3.7 volts.

My advice...keep the PV and purchased an updated and reliable delivery system. It will make a world of difference.

Bull smoke is super cheap for the basics - batteries, chargers, and some carts. Their statrter kit, which uses the same stuff as V2, literally the same equipment, is only $30. Mount Baker Vapor has inexpensive juices that are pretty good too.
