Hello All,
Just got my eVic from VaporAlley, loving it! Got a couple Kanger T3's and ViVi Nova 3?'s? I think they're the 3.0 version.
All are working well, Just updating my iMac to Mountain Lion as I head the MVR doesn't like to work on older versions. No big deal, should've done it already anyways.

Now, just to get a few more batteries and a charger for this and my MonkeyBoxx VV2 I have coming as well! Couldn't turn down the $100 price! Snagged the one with Betty Boop on the back. I'm a big hot rodder / old aviation junkie so what's better than that?

vaping some Pink Spot juice, some are great, some are good, but not for me. Can't beat the personalized messages on the receipts! Love it!

My eVic arrived today! Upgraded to 1.2 immediately, which took a whole 3 mins, including the download of MVR from Joyetech's website. I had familiarized myself with the menu system by watching pbusardo's video (Great explanation of the settings if you have not seen it)

One word: WINNING! The eVic is amazing! I'm finally pulling good vapor after wrestling with my eGO-T for the last two weeks. With the eGo, I was never sure if it was the juice, the battery, the cartomizer, the orientation of the wicks or a combination of all of the above that was giving me fits. Total crapshoot. The eVic's MVR VW setting brings out the flavor of the juice nicely by heating it slowly. TH starts at around 5 seconds (very satisfying) and The nerd in me enjoys watching it automatically adjusts the wattage to a recommended setting based on the ohm rating of the coil.

Thanks for the review. I have a friend new to vaping and she is looking at an eVic. I have been Provari for over a year so I was unable to tell her anything. I will send this to her :)
Oh and congrats for finding a winning vape - that struggle is long and very frustrating not to mention expensive. . trying to find the one that works for you.
Vape on my friend!!

The eVic is ridiculously simple. Not only does it produce great vapor but it helps you visually understand the effect of changing voltage (or wattage) and the ohm rating of your coil (which isn't always what the manufacturer says it is) on that vapor. When you're ready to advance to higher wattages, you still have the 18650 batteries / charger to use in your next mod. Try doing that with an eGo. And just sometimes, you don't want to be seen with something that looks it was purchased at a headshop. This should be everyone's first device.

Totally loving the eVic. Software update was quick, and the new software automatically detects and adapts Wattage output to new atomizer/cartomizers.
Made my best friend jealous at the bar last night. I could almost fill an empty beer pitcher on about a 6 second drag. So nice and smooth.

Kanger T3's and the ViViNova V3.0's were awesome as well!

Also received my Monkeyboxx VV2 today. Love how it's a bit slimmer than the standard VV. Workmanship is spot on, but I thought the voltage regulator screw would be countersunk? Doesn't effect operation though, adjusted just fine I believe.

Now just gotta get myself a set of batteries and charger here soon to test it out.

Bought a Joyetech 510 atomizer from MyVaporStore, along with what was supposed to be a 306, but I think they fudged up as my Joyetech was right, but the other one looks like a cartomizer. Just like what you would screw on top of a analog copycat ecig. Weird. Gonna give em a yell tomorrow.

Any input on eVic protected batteries and or batts for my Monkeyboxx is greatly appreciated! Vape on!
