why do i constantly find myself saying "i need that"
Had a little time this afternoon so I read thru this thread. Lots of my ECF buddies are here and I just had to make a post. Having used Evolv technology for over 2.5 years now it is refreshing to see all the new mods using the DNA20d circuit/micro-usb charging circuit. Evolv was the first to introduce Variable Wattage (power regulation) with the Darwin. As time has gone by we have seen more Evolv products and the "clone world" began to embrace power regulation. Just want to say that I hope you all love the DNA20d Hana. I kinda think of a PV like a pretty woman(that means all you ladies).....it is nice to have a pretty exterior but what really counts is what is on the inside....and it looks like the Hana makes the grade on both fronts.....
Enough said before I start to ramble......enjoy the 20d technology my friends.....
I've carried mine around everywhere. Yea, it picks up scratches and battle scars like no tomorrow, but it seems solid enough to withstand abuse. I have not dropped mine yet (knock on wood).
One thing to look out for is if you have stuff that leaks on top, it might just seep between the seams, as there's no o-ring seal. That I worry about alot.
Mine arrived yesterday but I was staying the weekend with my girlfriend - ran back home quickly this morning and got it set up.
So far it's absolutely great - I started vaping again back in December of last year and had only had mechanical mods since then. I haven't owned a VW/VV device since I got in on the first run of Darwins.
This thing is beautiful. Hits like a champ so far using a regular carto tank.
Been running it as a passthrough using it to charge the battery but did take it out to lunch.
Anyone who has had it for a little longer been carrying it in their pocket? I'm used to throwing my tube mods in my pockets with my keys but I'm more concerned with babying this one since it cost so much and is quite a bit more tough to get your hands on right now. Just want to know if anyone has been doing it. I'm not so much worried about scratches - they happen - just curious if I'm going to break it somehow.
I love mine as well. Because of the fear of scratches I sent mine off to a wrap vendor so he could get the specs and start selling wraps for them. Hopefully Hana will be back this week with a beautiful wrap to protect her.
I am seriously considering having mine engraved but I don't want to be without it for 6 weeks or so...
So what has everyone been setting their pack to?
I have only used my carto-tanks on it so far and I'm keeping it around 10.5W.
It's been a LONG time since I've used an electronic device (other being mechanical) so I'm curious.
Just got my first RBA in the mail though so hopefully I can work that out and see where things go.
