Hey guys,
I've been vaping for about a year with basic setups and in the last 3 months or so started really getting into. I was predominantly a hookah and medwakh smoker and have been an active member of those communities for several years. I'm also big into the review game and started putting up some vape reviews.
Anywho, enough about me. I bought an inbox in svd and some Ultrafire 18650s from fasttech. Device works perfectly until I put an atty on it. On any voltage higher than 3.3 it will fire once or twice then short out. The entire device shuts down and the only way to get it up and running again is to remove and reinsert the batts. I've asked around already and the most popular answer is I need better batts. I'm going to head to my local shop (vaporus) and grab some imrs but I was wondering if anyone else has a similar issue or has heard of it. Maybe it's the device itself? Really don't want to have to deal with returns to fasttech as we all know that's a pain in the .... I've tried all different types of attys (nova, igo, ce4s, evod, etc) ranging from 1.8-2.4 ohms and they all react the same.
Any advice is good advice! Thanks for having me and I'm quite excited to become part of a new community as big as this one.
