The eGo type is the minimum (battery wise) that I would recommend. But I would look at the E-Power 510, Riva 510 or Kgo over the eGo because they are true 3.7 volt models whereas the eGo is only 3.4 volts:

Remember this:

Rule of Thumb: the more it looks like the real thing, the worse the performance.

The larger the battery, the longer it stays at or near full charge, the warmer the vapor, the more like the real thing. Plus with mini battery models, you are needing to change batteries every hour or so. I wouldn't get one with a battery smaller than 650 mAh rating which should give you around 5 hours on a charge. The E-Power comes with a 1050 mAh rated battery for example.

Check out the links I gave you. These models are only the size of a slim cigar or sharpie pen so they really are not that big.

I know it can be a bit confusing and intimidating at first. It is basically a battery, a heating element and e-liquid.

Some good models were already recommended. Make your selection and have fun with it!!

Ive been gaping for 6 weeks, and for me the simplest way
to start was with a device as close as possible to size and ease as analogs. I went with a KR808D-1. 2-piece system, same size as analogs. I can make it through a day on the go with 2 batteries and 2 or three cartonizers. I smoked about a pack a day of analogs.
