New here with a Cig2O

Hello,

I've been researching & reading about e-cigs for a while now but was reluctant to take the plunge. Yesterday, a friend came over and she had purchased a Cig2O. It was finally my opportunity to pick someone's brain who'd been using an ecig. So I went out last night & bought a Cig2O for myself.

Honestly, I really like it! I'm not feeling ornery like I have in the past when trying to quit smoking, and it's nice because it's freezing outside here and I don't smoke in the house. However my hubby doesn't mind me vaping in the house at all.

So I've been browsing around the forums here, reading about different cartos and juices and am still a wee bit confused. I'm not 100% sure if the Cig2O is the same as the KR808D1. I'd like to purchase some empty/blank cartos & some juice & fill my own, however I'm not entirely sure which cartos are compatible with this unit. It's a wee bit confusing lol.

Anyway, thanks for the site, it has been helpful in answering a lot of questions, but I'm still not entirely clear on if the Cig2O is the KR808D1 and what is compatible with it.

I LOVE the Cig2O! Cheap, available in local convenience stores, good vapor and battery life for what it is, and beats the bejeepers out of the 510 I was convinced to buy. Granted, I had to carry a swiss army knife in my pocket to refill it (corkscrew takes the end off nicely). I still carry one with me, though I mostly use a mod that seems likely to blow my face off at any moment now...

Thanks for all the warm welcomes! I still have a pack of smokes that I had started before buying the Cig2O yesterday but I haven't had any desire to smoke them (though I kinda feel like I should so I don't waste... weird). I actually went out & bought a 2nd Cig2O today too because I like it so much. I figured having a second one if I'm in an especially vaping kind of mood would be handy.

I'm still looking into refilling the cartos. And trying to decide which brand and flavor I want to go with. I was reading about them here before I decided to join and will keep doing that, but if you who have replied have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them.

Right now I'm just using the menthol cartos in 18mg. I don't mind them, but would like to find something in a good menthol juice. Was smoking Marlboro menthol lights, and sometimes either skylines or smooths for a different taste. (more of an actual mint flavor than the typical menthol flavor, IMO). I'm also considering something fruity LOL. (Raspberry sounds like it might be a nice flavor) =)

Suggestions welcome! But, I will keep reading the forums. Have found this site particularly helpful, so thanks to all who maintain & post here.
