I hope your new try will be successful for you. It took me 2 months to switch over from smoking 1-1 1/2 packs a day for 40+ years...to be a fulltime vaper only. I knew I couldn't do it cold turkey, so I gradually cut down the number of smokes I allowed myself to have per day, as I increased my vaping. It worked like a charm, and since then I've never even craved a cigarette again.

Just thought you'd want to know that nic levels are noted in mg/mL, not in %. So your nic level would be 12mg/mL or 18mg/mL. There's a big difference in % and mg/mL when talking about nic levels. For instance, most disposables show the nic content as 3% or 5%...which is really 30mg/mL and 50mg/mL.

I'm sorry, but I can't recommend any particular eliquids with light menthol, because I DIY my own eliquids and don't like methol at all.

Smok had a truly awful reliability rep for its mods for a while. Supposedly they got their act cleaned up but I’ve heard conflicting reports. Be interested to see how long yours lasts. Smok mods used to be famous for breaking after like a month. Their atties were ok though. They seemed to have massive problems with soldering. So it was only electronic stuff.

The thing is actually pure nic is a white crystal and it weighs pretty close to a kilogram per cubic liter, 1050g or something. So mg/ml and % are pretty close to the same. For myself 12mg/ml was a break point for me. I couldn’t get past it till I added a non addictive anti anxiety med (nic is a fast acting anti anxiety) then I was able to titrate down to zero. 3 was an issue. It’s a famous issue though. My solution to the problem with 3->0 was 3->2.75. Went down by quarters from there. Took longer but it worked and there was no discomfort.

I smoked 2 packs of full strength menthol cigs a day until January. This is my go-to juice. I usually vape 1 of these little bottles every 2 days, and plan to begin to titrate down in about 3 or 4 more months. It took me about 3 weeks to get off the smokes.View attachment 1025860
Could I run salt juice in my morph3 I mean I know it’s low watt juice so maybe I could turn the wattage way down

They have a zero of that? If not you’ll need to change to one that does. Or learn to DIY

Or you can get off the analogs then formulate it. It buys time. Ecigs aren’t great, but they’re not nearly as bad as analogs. For example, If you don’t mind flavor change you can mix it with a different juice. Or you can get off analogs with that juice and then switch to one that is easier to control. You could even do what I did and DIY. Juice isn’t necessarily complicated. It’s more like mixing drinks than actual cooking. There are ways to MAKE it more complex, but they’re not actually required. Some people get into it. Me, I discovered that quick and dirty was also cheap, so I went with it (I’m basically just a cheap .......)

Hi and welcome. I'd just say, do whatever you have to do to get off of smoking first, then think about fine tuning your kit and juice.

I smoked for over 50 years, took up vaping nearly 10 years ago, using low wattage gear with 16 strength juice.

I've never had a craving or notion to go back to smoking and I'm still happily vaping away at 8 watts, with a 1.6 oohm coil and 16 strength juice so I've no plans to change things.

As I've said - do what you have to do - any effort will be worth it.
