Lol that's why I like this forum. So I'm looking for more flavor and vapor. What can I do with the ego c twist to achieve this and what should I took into next as an upgrade. I have an iclear 30s with a 1.8 ohm coil. It helped a lot but is hard to draw. Just got a smoktech areo2 and like it so far and am about to order a mini pro tank 3.

If you want the best flavor and vapor in a device that is convenient to carry with you, go with a kayfun on a nemesis mod (there's plenty of clones that won't cost you even half of the originals). You'll also need some kanthal wire, organic cotton balls, a multi meter and watch lots of videos on how to do this safely and you will have the best vaping experience!

THIS is THE place to start!! Read and when you have a question, search here on ECF or Google/YouTube. You'll find a few of the "go to" reviewers on YouTube are pbusardo and Rip Trippers. Very different styles of presenting but both extremely knowledgeable. You're in for a great ride.....be prepared to have more questions than knowledge for a while and to spend A LOT of time reading this forum and watching videos. The answers are out there and easy to find!
Advice:
1. ALWAYS buy ONLY from reputable well reviewed (on here) vendors. There's a million and one websites jumping on this multi-billion $ fledgling industry trying to cash in....many suck (put simply) and will rip you off and never reply to your emails. ECF will guide and protect you while navigating the shark-infested waters! ;)
2. Always buy the best of whatever device you're looking to buy. Most of us have wasted far too much time and $ trying to save a few bucks and buying the lowest priced version of things. One can expect to sometimes get repackaged (used) or poorly copied knock-offs of the item. Save the money wasted and buy the good things from the good people. No need for several hundred dollars or paperweights that didn't do what you read about!! Good luck, have fun, and vape on!!!:vapor:

IMHO I think the easiest we to vape is a tank but I heard a lot of bad about clearo
Try an evod tank or pro tank.
Better vape and flavor.
A carto is an atty but with stuffing in it to hold the juice and usually have the most muted flavor
Dripping on an atty usually the best flavor just a pain in the ....
Mods well ther is a whole world of them
Basically mechanical or electronic.
Mechanical
Is nice as they really don't brake. Most popular is reo mods
Electronic ther is a ton of.
Some have variable voltage some have variable wattage this changes how hott your coil gets and this changes how the e juice burns and tastes

Also, this doesn't seem to be a popular opinion here but, avoid the clones and get the real deal. Yeah an authentic nemmy is more expensive than a clone, but that cost will be dwarfed in the long run by all the other stuff you buy, like juice. The authentics are better quality, better resale value (as a % of the purchase price) and are made by people who will stand behind their products. Also, you'll be supporting those that actually went through the trouble of designing and prototyping the device rather than those who are making counterfeits. If you get a clone, at least try to get a no logo. At least then you aren't pretending to own the real thing.

Vaping is the one stop place for the wallet too, because once you become a junky like me you will not have money for any other hobbies. I love it and love it some more.

Welcome friend and I could not see anything better than vaping at LBL in Cadiz, KY!!!!

So true. Biggest myth = vaping is cheaper than smoking cigs. I'd have to have been be a 5 PAD smoker to be breaking even now, lol.

Mech mods have no electronics so 1) you get much less power loss between the battery and the atomizer (i.e. your battery will last longer) and 2) you can run much lower resistance coils than you could on most regulated devices.
That's the pro's of a mech. How about the cons?

Because there are no electronics in the mech, you have no built-in protective circuitry, either. You're on your own to recognize a hard short in the atomizer or fire switch, and run the risk to blow up the battery if you don't.

Since mechanicals can't regulate the battery on their own, you'll only get your optimal vape with a fresh battery. It's all down hill from there as the battery drains.

With regulated variable power mods, you set the voltage you want and you will get it. Your last puff will be as good as your first. Regulated mods will have built-in voltage meter, ohm reader, and LED digital display. You can change the voltage output to suit your taste and different flavors.

Yeah, I'll disagree. I can't afford the real deal. And if I could save up enough to buy the real deal, I'd feel like crap for not taking my kid to Disneyland but instead buying an authentic Panzer and Taifun. And then all the batteries, wire, charger, etc on top of that. Instead, I'll make smart purchases. Buy good clones and batteries. Not buy multiple mods. Be happy and have a happy family. Now, go back in time a bit...sure I'll drop some cash on the real deal. Never hesitated to on 3 foot hand blown glass mods back then ;)
Just read reviews, watch videos and make sure to buy the better built clones. I'd recommend the FastTech Panzer. But make sure to get good batteries! Go Gronys (Green Sonys)! Sony VTCs are a solid choice. Get a multimeter so you know what you are building. I'd say start with 28 gauge and organic cotton too.

Maybe you should order your wife a fake LV purse too and a fake rolex for yourself.
If you can't afford the so-called "real deal" (expensive, authentic mods), doesn't mean you need to buy counterfeits. There are authentic options out there that are just about the same price as a clone.

@dilznic So for more vapor and flavor a mech would be a good way to go? What would be a good one to get fairly cheap?
@cloud junky your right about spending money on it. It would be cheaper to smoke analogs but it's not nearly as much fun. I plan on vapin by the lake this weekend. I was today actually but I was working so it don't count lol

The problem with authentic mods, other than the obvious price, is the availability of them. I mean, who wants to wait months on a preorder list to fork over $200+ on battery holder when you can get a clone that same day for 1\6 of the price? A clone that is not of equal, but good enough quality?
I can't really say much because I have both clones and authentic, but my authentic is where it counts, the atomizer.

As of now I'm leaning toward an innokin mvp or vtr or a vamo. I know I'll get a mech at some point but not sure I'm ready for that. I doubt I'll be able to afford a real deal mech and don't care if it's a clone or not if I can afford it. I'll be getting what I can based on price/quality and not so much what it looks like or if it looks like a high end one. Id actually like to build my own if I can. I've researched the mods above and all of them seem to be a good way to go any thoughts on them?
