HI!

I have been stalking these forums for years, and am finally coming in to say hi and introduce myself.

My experience started a bit over 4 years ago when I saw a woman smoking in a theater. I was with my mum. "She's smoking!" "Shhh! No she's not." "I swear she is!" So I got up and checked and, indeed, saw a little blue light illuminating on the end of a white stick, and then a big cloud of smoke.

I went home and I researched. I was over a pack a day smoker, up to two. My lungs... hurt. I found these forums and I read. I have been checking them since.

I bought my first two "starter kits" at a 7-11. They gave me two BOXES of starter kits for the price of two kits, and I went on a rampage. I sold all but a few and found myself an instant advocate. I had to do a lot of research because I was selling them, and people had questions. MOST of my research was done right on these forums. I sold dozens to people on buses, at the beach, at bars, at college. I know some of them are still non-smokers to this day. So when I quit, I'm proud to say I brought a few down with me.

It took me two years of on and off vaping, buying and trying different variants of e-cigs to finally find my perfect set up. I still use the same one, even though I frequently try new setups. My paint chipped usb passthrough Ego and old 510 atty with a drip tip just seem to work perfect for me.

I completely love and adore e-cigs for stopping the ache in my lungs. I still cough up tar, and am still getting my vitality back, but I feel healthier than ever.

I think I may want to share the love again and start a real business selling these little life savers, since they are definitely a passion.

Since I have stalked these forums for so long and gleaned so much information from them, I figure it's time I finally start contributing!

So, HI! Here I am. This is me. :p

@Worzel- Thank you! Don't mind if I do. I agree, I see most smokers as an open invitation, or smoking areas. I love when people give me the curious eye as I'm hitting my vape. If they stare long enough they get a full introduction to the subject.

@AgentAnia- Haha, too true. I have always been an up and Adam kind of person, out and about. I talk to the people offline who don't quite "get" how to look up the information on e-cigs. However, since having a baby (6mos old!), I have been spending much more time at home and am missing the social aspect of vaping. So I figured I'd turn to the people I've learned so much from here!
