The title of this thread is inaccurate, as no vapor tax has been imposed in NJ.
In the YouTube video posted above, Greg stated that the NJ legislature could still enact a tax on e-cigs (including before the end of 2014), as is the case in other state legislatures (that are still in session).

The way it sounded was more definitely going to happen. Title changed which I hope does not reduce funding for our fight when needed.
