New juice and an upcoming Joye eGo

I am loving the juice that you have Vicky. I love the customer service, and I like the fact that you are dedicated to this business. I just purchased a Joye eGo from your site, because of the friendly customer service through email and the quick shipping on previous orders! I don't think that my wife will be to happy about the eGo purchase, but I did my research and found that kit to be one of the better e-Cigs on the market in my opinion.

You won't regret your Ego purchase from Cignot. I bought 2 Ego kits from her in April and all 4 batteries are still going strong! The only problem we had was one of the buttons was sticking every once in a while so I emailed her and asked her if there was anything we could do that would stop the problem. Within the hour she responded with a confirmation that a new battery was in the mail, along with a postage paid return envelope for the bad one. Now that's customer service at its best! I've sent many new vapers her way because I know they'll get the care they need for success. My hubby and I haven't smoked since the day our Joye 510s arrived from her and about two weeks later we were rockin' with Egos with the cool Cignot logo on the end. If I'm not mistaken, my Egos were from her very first shipment. We still have the elegant boxes they came in proudly displayed on our desks. They're a little dusty but beautiful reminders of how we succeeded with ending our horrible smoking habit with Cignot's help. Thanks Vicky!
