Wow is all I can say about Vicky and Cignot......... I shot an e-mail off today and received a response back in "10 minutes"..... Now thats what I call customer service. Thank you again Vicky for what you have done for myself, (and from what i've read), others in this forum. After being let down by another vendor in my original experience, you have instilled in me hope and the real urge for what seems to be an eternity, to give up analogs forever........... I thought I was in love with my Ego-T that I purchased from you until I purchased the new Ego cartomizers.......... You are a savior Miss Vicky...... Love ya...... Thanks again......

I have to agree that they are the fastest shipping vendor ever! I always get a notice on my order right away and if I place it during business hours it also gets shipped quickly. It also comes to me within three days. With two days being the quickest time so far.

And as always, I appreciate the hand drawn birdy.
