I seems like I cant get it to make a connection with the battery, tried different battery, took it apart and reseated it a few times nothing. anyone else seen this?

Found a fix by asking info on the forum, the center tab in the battery somehow got pushed down, used a small screwdriver to pry it up a little bit after turning off battery first. and it works again
