Battery issue with my new EVOD after refill

So I just refilled the juice in my new EVOD that I have only had for 22 Hours and when I put it back together it is putting my Ego C batteries into fail safe when I try to use it! Could the coil be shorted just from taking it apart to refill? I dont have a meter with me but will check it when I get home so dissapointed right now

I would like to add I did take it back apart and made sure the atty was screwed all the way into the base and I gave it a wash and dry but it is still doing it.
