All great feedback...i truely appreciate it. I read the info about wicking but i really dont think that identifies my issue. More vapor generally equates to more throat hit...if you flood it then you typically get less vapor and less hit.
That's actually not correct. Yes..a FULLY flooded atty will give you less vapor and less throat hit. An "overly wet" atty (not gurgling flooded mind you) will often give you great vapor.. but less throat hit. The vapor heat and throat hit go hand-in-hand. That's why a true 510 (not necessarily the L2 mind you) and higher voltage mods are renown for their throat hit. Hot vapor. You can hear the "sizzle".
But the L2.. especially a "wet" L2, will give you cooler vapor. And that can cost you some hit.
