Got a couple of bottles of ACB from the post man today and I must say the new white labels are stunning. I think visually they really make the NT brand stand out. They are nearly as awesome as the liquid inside. To me it is far superior to the "other" new labels. The graphics pop on this one, while on the other labels they are very dark and the graphics are difficult to discern comparatively. I would think long an hard about making these the defacto standard label. From 10 feet away you can tell that is a nicoticket bottle. Anyway back to watching my ACB steep and vaping a little of course. First pull and you can just imagine how awesome this liquid will be if i can manage to leave it alone for 90 days.

Yeah yeah yeah I know you probably have 25 thousand of the "other" new labels but this is just plain better Clark and Katy.

The white label liquids are only available on the website.

Yeah I understand the difference. I am saying these labels are better than the others.

Of course I am just one random guy browsing an internet forum at 4 am, working from home because some jerk decided to call in sick!

I think it makes the 'online only' juices even more special...Of course, sitting on a shelf in a B&M they would get washed out and look too plain for wholesale offerings IMO. The black pops the colors to be seen across the room which is what is needed in that situation. ;)

And I'm just some weird early bird that can't sleep past 3am because I'm coming off the medication that kills the neuropathy in my legs and puts me in a deep and wonderful sleep for 8-10 hours because the medication of happy sleep is also swelling me up like a loaf of bread in water...*siiiiigh*

And I'm the weird person who was up until 4:30am because after working night shift for a year is trying to make her body adjust to day shift in 4 days. Ugh...

Lynn, I worked 7pm-7am for years. It took me a good month or two to get back to daylight hours. And I had to do it in an inpatient rehab. It was horrible because they had a very stringent program where you couldn't sleep just anytime. Best of luck to you.

Yep. They changed my meds around again. Back on Cymbalta. It gives me the munchies and constipation...not a good combo. I've gained almost 20 pounds...all in my belly. I look like a pregnant toothpick. Not cool for a guy who is used to being made fun of for being thin. But my wife still likes me so I guess it's not that bad.

But about the labels...I'm more concerned about what is inside the bottles...I'm just a guy. But I can see where a cool looking label would be a plus in a B&M.

You could write Nicoticket Wakonda on a mason jar with a crayon and it wouldn't matter to me, as long as that wonderful nectar is inside, I'd find it.
No B&M carries NT around here I wish they did, but alas they do not so it looks like I'm stuck with Kent LOL and you had better not have forgotten my Zots this time.

Megan, drugs act differently with different people. For real. I was a nurse for a long time and saw this everyday. Don't rule anything out.

xoxoxo,
Dani

Amitriptyline: very, very rare that people gain any weight under 300mg. I was 143 pounds in late May, 194 in late June and 223 in early August on 25mg. Quit that and dropped to 177 pounds by September 7 when I started Gabapentin at 300mg (with 100mg pills for day if needed) for the neuropathy. Saw my neuro on September 19 and she said to watch it as by my reactions to the drug I may be very sensitive and we'll switch to something else if needed. In late September I was 190 but the Gaba was a run away train wreck. Every four days I had to up the dose to kill the pain to sleep more than a couple hours. Now I'm wearing god knows how much weight (don't have a scale) and working myself down slowly so I can see about something else December 12 when I see my neuro again.

Not amused at all....:glare: I mean if I gained all this weight eating tons of ice cream and french fries okay, that would explain it. But due to vertigo I don't eat, smelling food make me heave. Yesterday I had a persimmon. Today I had a small wedge of freezer pizza because hubby demanded I eat. I've had less in two days than folks normally have for lunch. Seriously

Thanks Dani! I'm hoping that even though tonight may be a rough one that when I get home tomorrow I'll be so tired that I'll fall into bed. At least it will only be 3 weeks and a few days(I get off for the holidays on the 23rd) and I'll have 2 weeks off so that will help to recharge and change my body clock around.

The Neurtontin is giving you these horrible side effects? That's too bad. It's kind of a mainline treatment for people with MS. That really stinks. And did you know the FDA considers it a controlled substance?

Another good one is Lyrica. I've seen success with that one. But, I've been out of nursing for 2+ years now. There's probably something bigger and better with the big pharma.

Thinking of you, my friend. Please let me know (if you feel comfortable) how your next neuro appointment goes. I still like to keep up to date on things like that. I may not have the nursing license, but I still have the nursing in my heart.

xoxoxo,
Dani

ETA: Yes, it sucks with the weight gain. I don't own a scale, either. But a little weight gain is better than suffering.

I sure was hoping the new meds would do the trick for you, Megan. *big hugs*
