interesting, I never knew that about italy. In some countries they can probably get (OTHER STUFF) I think's legal. I was 13 when I got served cigs, one store down the way served about 1/2 of 13 year olds, but not me, the other store and I had a sort of agreement that they eventually accepted: I walk in, reach behind the counter and snatch a pack of newports and throw 2$ (what they cost back then) on the counter and walk out and say 'just say I stole them!"

In Italy, a 10 year old kid can walk into a store and buy a pack of cigarettes. What a shame.

I was a smoker went to Italy on my honeymoon...make no mistake about it, everybody, and I mean EVERYFRIGGINBODY, smokes cigarettes. They even had skulls on the packs that read "you smoke, you die." Not a deterrent at all. I loved that place, man!

I can't control how others may interpret a title. How is it misleading? The law does ban e-cigarettes.

Regardless of the title, I feel you might have the wrong idea about this law. It does not ban anything. It simply restricts the sale of e-cigarettes to minors, which is something different entirely.
