State banning e-cig sales to minors

Does anyone have a concise list of the states banning e-cigarettes to minors? I also need to know which states are banning or restricting internet sales. Any information would be helpful. Thanks.

The governor of Kentucky just signed a law banning the sale of e-cigs to minors here. That's one piece of vape legislation I personally agree with.

I'm more curious why the OP would even want a list of states...unless he's a minor himself looking to buy..

Ecigs serve a great purpose but sales to minors is not one of them..in any state!

I can also add that 43 cities in Massachusetts ban ecigs to adults as well, sales or use in public..
