I like mine to be 36 to 48mg's and I use to be @ 24mg when I first started. Maybe thats why I went thru Liquid so dang fast in the begining. LOL

Oh... that M&M animation reminds me of an old halloween costume... I went with friends as a bunch of different colored M&Ms... but mine had black leather gloves instead of white, and was labled S&M... geez that was some time ago.
