Hello all! I am new to the forum and I came upon a big decision between a mech mod or a box mod. I have been vaping on my Aspire Sub Ohm battery with Kangertech Subtank Mini & Mutation x v2 dual coil at 0.4 ohm 30 gauge 4 wraps for a while now, and I kind of wanted an upgrade. I am more of a guy that likes clouds and big hits with some flavor obviously. I was wondering which of the mods would create me the most vapor, with them thick clouds. I currently own a Mutation x v2 rda and I am proud of how much vapor it produces and flavor.

My Current setup on ebay:

1x Universal Dual Battery Charger

2x Genuine Efest 18650 35amp 2500mAh

1x Fuhattan Carbon Fiber Black with Black Tugboat rda COMBO

I and stumped upon this decision about the Fuhattan or the IPV2x (I am fine with any box mod, just something good for my needs.) any recommendations, and thoughts about which one would be best for me.

P.S I would also like some good websites I can buy this stuff from. :)

Hello and welcome to the forum mikeftw. Glad to have you here!:)

Only buy batteries from a reputable supplier (not ebay or Amazon) as there are many counterfeit batteries being sold. Here are several reputable battery suppliers in the US.

* RTD Vapor
* Illumination Supply
* Lighthound
* Orbtronics

Here are a couple of great battery blogs by Baditude (one of our resident battery experts).

Battery Basics for Mods: IMR or Protected ICR?
* Another essential read to understand which batteries are safe to use in mechanical and regulated mods. Includes a frequently updated list of recommended safe-chemistry, high-drain batteries with their specifications.

Purple Efest Batteries not as Advertised
* A cautionary blog that reveals that the purple Efest batteries may not have the specifications advertised. Also includes a commentary on "continuous discharge ratings" vs "pulse discharge ratings" of battery specs.
