I have been reading a lot here but just now decided to post. I have been off cigs for 10 weeks as of this Friday. I have several vision spinners and an ego c twist. I just got a Vamo v3 a couple weeks ago. I have several of the Kanger evods but also have a Protank 2, mini Protank 2 and a couple Vivi Novas. I just got the smoktech pyrex ego tank last week and I'm loving it so far. I have a selection of about 40 juices and right now my favorite is Thug juice from MBV. I'm considering getting into rebuilding attys but I don't have all the equipment yet. I've seen some videos and it looks like it would be doable but I just haven’t ordered everything I need yet. Anyway I just wanted to get started here so I can do some posting if I need to and to say Hi to everyone and thanks for all the information. This forum has been a huge help to me staying off analogs and I really appreciate it. I never expected vaping to turn into such a fun hobby but it has.

Welcome aboard to both of you. Yes, for most of us who post regularly and have been vaping for 6 months or more, this has become a hobby. You know the old saying "He who dies with the most toys wins" Well it has turned into He who dies with the most mods wins. Once it becomes a hobby for you, it is difficult to save money, but your health should improve and your breath and smell should improve.

Remember to do a lot of reading on ECF before you buy anything, otherwise you will end up with a lot of junk you never did enjoy.

Best Wishes

Wow! That's awesome! Never realized that quitting analogs going to vaping would turn into a hobby. I am new to this all (officially 5 days now) and you're right about Vaping also being a hobby- I can see it turning into one for myself now too! :)

Congrats. Yeah it turned into quite a hobby for me. The main thing for me is mixing different flavors and trying to find the best combination. I can't say I've saved much money from quitting cigs because I've spent so much on ecigs but the heath benefits are great. I've going to take a break from buying hardware for a couple months so I can save some money but I'm sure I'll keep buying juice.

Thanks. I definitely will keep reading cause I want to try to get more from my Vivi novas. I've heard that rebuilding will make a big difference so that's what I'm going to start reading up on. I'd also like to mess with the pro tank coils because I think I'm missing some flavor with them. ECF is the best resource I've found for beginners trying to figure it all out.

Hello and welcome.
Your right about vaping becoming a real hobby. There is so much to play with being as there are so many aspects to it d.i.y juice, mods, rebuildables. A person could probably spend hours just building coils to get that perfect ohm/voltage/wire gauge combo for just one cleoro or atomizer let alone for all the other types of gear that are available.
