Hi All -- I just joined yesterday after lurking about 5 weeks. I have been vaping for about six weeks now. Had last analog (1) on the first day of vaping. Have tried vaping twice before -- once about four years ago with an expensive blue set up -- not impressed at that time -- but did not try nic juice as bought while on one of many now failed analog quits. Then did a tobacco shop kit about a year ago for 3 months until could not get the supplies I wanted from them. Had a big upset in my life, back to analogs for about six months until this last six weeks with a Bull Smoke kit.

Thanks so much for the extensive and friendly forum :) -- learning so much here.

Seems so many are into manuals and vv's now, but I am thinking of an Echo or Volt x2 for next purchase.

Want to use different carto's and some clearomizer type tanks -- hopefully can not spens so much. I am spending more than I was on my six month half a pack day jaunt. Not enjoying refilling small cartos that have been prefilled when new. Love them when new, but too expensive to use all the time, I am thinking. Used less at 18mg. But jumped down to 6mg and some 0mg -- may have been too much of a jump as vaping alot more at that.

May go to 11-12mg or get new set up (ECHO or Volt x2 -- any suggestions between the two very welcome) and see if can stay with 6 and 0 mg juices.

Thanks again for the lovely forum.

Hope to get an avatar soon, but hard to select on as cool as many here.

Hi Angela - well done on the six weeks. I use an X2 - 900 mah. You can use Ego threaded stuff with them, e.g. clearos. I've found mine to be quite good. It's a manual, which is what I've come to prefer. Bull Smoke is KR808-d1 threading. The X2 is also, and it takes Ego threads as well. So if you do choose an X2 you would still be able to use Bull Smoke cartos if you want to.

Thanks so much for the reply, kiwivap! Do you know if I need to get a new charger stuff? The bull smoke charger is for a 4.2 device, and says 1000 mah? Also is KR808-d1 threading different from things that just say 808 threading? Thanks again for your reply. Congratulations to you alos on the 4 montshs and 16 days -- SUPER. Alos the money saved is fantastic -- I haven't manged to save, though that is if I look at 1/2 Pal Mall (cheap) PAD habit just before going to vaping.

Thanks. :) 1000 mah (1.A) won't be enough for the X2. It come with its own USB cord, and it needs to be charged with that. You can plug that usb cord into any wall charger, but the lower the wall charger output the longer it will take to charge. Smokeless Image sell a 1.5A wall charger for the X2. I have charged mine with a 1.0A wall charger ok.
If you want to use it as a passthrough you'll need a 1.5A output (the 1.5A wall charger). It's not recommended to use it as a passthrough with anything less than that.
Does that help?

Congrats! I am rationalizing my spending by calculating how long I need to not buy analogs to cover my current expenditures. Currently I'm up to 30 days of analog costs spent... but once I pass that mark it's pure profit... except for the other money I will have spent in the meantime on more juice and toys. BAH! Who needs money, as long as we aren't smoking right?

I missed this bit before - 808 is just a short way of saying 808d. Usually if a site says 808 it means Kr808-d. 808 threading will work on it. And I think the X2 is a Kr808-d2, not d1 - but yes, will work with 808 threads.
