Looking forward to meeting exchanging ideas and picking up more info, I been lurking here for a couple months and must say there is a ton of great info here. I've been making my own juice for a few months now and like many of you I find it better that what's available from vendors.
So a quick question on vanilla custards.....my go to VC is Capellas, I love it and it rounds out the flavor nicely in many of my recipes. I recently bought some VC from Flavor West and I notice that it has a "spiced note" like a hint of nutmeg. Am I the only one that thinks this is a spiced custard? I have to say it is very good but not the same as Capellas.

Thanks

I love almost all vanilla custards and mix many of them to 1 e-liquid. Cap V1 is very specific and sweet, TPA's is more creamy and custardy for me - a bit like Capella V2.
Did any1 compare TPA to Cap, Cap V2 and FW?
I'm still looking to make the best (for me) vanilla custard. I want it to be very rich, creamy, sweet and with a lot of taste of egg yolks (like in eggnog). To give a vanilla taste to it I simply add TPA 10%Vanillin in PG.
Any suggestions for improvement?

Flavorah, is another company I need to try lol I'm hearing good things, not a huge selection but people seem to like the quality. I have about 30 or more flavors on hand at this point, mostly Capellas, TFA, FW, and Hangson.
Here is Flavorah's source. The owner had mentioned the source on another forum. This company has been around for a long long time. :)
