Hello Ruddy, grats you managed to quit smoking.

Hopefully when I start vaping, I can quit analog.

The hardest part is wanting to quit... I got my wife vaping once in a while, but she doesn't really want to quit. I've tried pills and cold turkey and restarted smoking before.. This time I got it beat... Hope you can too. Just some advise noob to noob. Find a vape shop and try the tobacco flavors... they are not going to taste like a cig, but it helps. I would try 18mg nic in a small bottle first and see how that goes first. Some people need more or less.. Once you find the right flavor, it's a piece of cake to quit. Good luck my friend..

Congrats on quitting analogs and finding and joining ECF. This is a great community with tons of experience and folks here are very supportive. I believe that the best we can do to spread the word about vaping instead of smoking is by example and talking about it, while at the same time realizing that everyone is different and the choice is theirs to make. That is especially hard when it is with someone we care about.

Thank you... I been looking and trying some of the different options and I've never really got into forums... I love this site, being able to learn and help others get off of cigs. I need to do some postings before able to use the banner.. Also need to learn how to post larger pictures.

My local vape shop has ego batteries with Broncos logo on them... But I spent my budget for the month. It going to big a good game tomorrow. Go Broncos!!!!
