Yes, I'm going to quit because I have to quit. The health reasons are self explanatory for one thing, and I simply can't afford it any more. After a lay off at work it's just not sustainable, so quiting it is.

I'm down to a half a pack a day and physically could keep it there, but with the prices here in Canada, I can't keep this up. I've decided I want to buy a Joye eGo-C starter kit, in fact I had my credit card out just last night to buy one, but then I checked in here and read about the customs problems. I can not afford to waist any money on the hope that everything will work out.

I can and will buy the unit from a Canadian seller, despite it being about 100 bucks or more, but not until I know that I can get the juice too. For that I'll have to wait for a PM. I only hope that they are relialbe and not too much money.

I'm hoping for the best and this forum and e-cigarettes are a reason for hope.

Welcome to ECF, Redmerc! Kudos to you on your new adventure into the vaping world. If you are like most, you're gonna love it! It may seems expensive at first, but after you get your pv and stock in some juices and cartomizers you're gonna be sittin' in sweet city! Some Canadians will probably be by here shortly and they can give you recommendations on who to use. Once again, welcome!

Heya :)

If you are looking for hardware I tend to get most of mine from HappyVaper/ they are Canadian and I have never had any problems with any of their stuff.

I haven't used the Ego, I am still using a 510 myself, but I am analog free for the most part (I haven't been vaping long myself and will cave and have an analog about once a day or 2 still).

Once you can post in the Canadian forum you will be able to get tons of info from the more experienced vapers. I'd suggest waiting for that before going ahead and buying equipment which can be expensive :)

Thanks for the link, but I had already found it while lurking. I would buy from them if they sold a eGo-C model. I've made up my mind on at least that much. There was so much information and things I had no idea about, it took me 3 days searching and checking to come to that decision. It's a mind field out there.

Thanks for all the replies and good wishes.
