Hey now~

This is my first post here at ECF and I'm looking to make the switch as successfully as I can (as a noob). I called a local place and they sell essence, blu and Envy brands. However, being in Canada, the cartridges are nicotine-free. I'm looking to get access to the canadian threads to get that PM about nic suppliers, so here's my first post. I'll surf these forums more on the three brands and hope to get feedback in the meantime. I'm a light smoker and am a "buy off the shelf" kind of person with no interest in diy stuff or getting fancy. Looking forward to finding out more information.

Cheers!

I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.

Hey rttch! Hows things up in Edmondchuk? I haven't been there in many years. I worked briefly in Whitecourt and used to drive down the the smoke and noise and hit the bar on most weekends. Most folks don't realise that Ed is a fun place, especially in winter! I am wondering if there is a minimum temp to vape in? lol

Cheers and good luck!

Edmonton is incredibly warm right now. Last year at this time we had snow banks over 6 feet tall and temperatures at the -40 degree range. Having an e-cig that can handle those temps is always a plus, although I'm not sure if anything can exist that long in temperatures that cold. Even just going from the house to the car, breathing causes the eyelashes to turn white, so puffing out extra vapor could be interesting.

I was guessing at the LR carto suggestion because I have no idea what it meant. Nothing like that was explained on the sites of the three companies that I mentioned in my first post. I am hoping that any starter kit that I get for a light smoker will have the specs that yzer suggested. And yes lunabella, a simple setup is all I want!

Welcome all from another Canadian! May I sugges something like a 510 or 808 type kit? May be just what you're looking for and fairly fiddle free. I ended up with a slightly larger setup as my first go at it. eGo batteries and atomizers, but have settled in with the eGo batts and cartomizers. Good luck! Once you get the pm, you'll see how much there is available in Canada! May also want to browse the Canada forum to see what's going on over here! :vapor:
