I'm not to sure on the variable voltage idea for me yet. I just don't think I'm quiet ready to jump into that boat just yet. I have done some looking at like the Silver Bullet and maybe the Helix just because it's said to have a good battery life and doesn't look like something i could break. But would it be something somewhat good to start with for a beginner?

...I need something that is pocket friendly, holds a large battery for long life.

Relatively new here too. I just went through this process. Ended up getting a Roughstack v2 from madvapes (not the maxi). Running 18350 batts. It's small, portable, won't stick out the back of your hand like a flashlight. Also, you can hold it like a cigarette.

*EDIT*
Also, roughstack is 3.7v. Have had nice vapes with 2.2-2.8 ohm atomizers. Just ordered some 1.7's, but I'm not going to go much lower than that b/c it puts you right at about 8 watts (top end of my comfort zone right now)

I love my ggtb 17670 bat lasts me about 12 hours on lr carts easily all day at 3 ohm. Ggts is a bit bigger and more flexible but not available till around the first. If I didn't have my gg I would probably get a silver bullet as I like the look and the battery options. I have a provape that is nice but 14500 batterys don't last long enough for me.

Hi.. welcome to ECF... I have quite a few mods....Hummmm take a look at this one... Little Sister Variable Voltage

That's a cool vv. I don't understand something tho. It takes 2 10440 3.7v batts. in parallel so how does it achieve 6.5 volts? I thought batteries had to be in series to double their voltage. ???
