If anyone ever has questions regarding printing on your own labels, the types of materials, inks or how different printers work on different types of labels, feel free to shoot me a question. I've been working with labels since 1998 and keep pretty familiar with all the old and new products out there.

Everyone has a specialty. Mine is handyman level DIY in older homes (I used to be an owner occupier landlord. So I know how things like how toilet augers work. My owner-tenant stuff only applies in Saint Paul MN and even the I’m out of date) but come of it is universal. There are some classic real estate and rental property cons I’m familiar with (part of how I know Trump is a con artist)
