I started vaping a few months ago and the tobacco shop I have been purchasing from only stocks Dekang E-liquids. I started with Dekang Silver Label USA Mix 18mg PG. This comes in a nice glossy full color printed box in a Brown bottle with a very nice label and Black Slanted Cap 10ml in size. This stuff tastes great, and anyone who has tried it agrees. Now they also sell what they say is the exact same thing in 10ml & 30ml clear bottles with a low quality inkjet printer label and Blue, White or Orange caps. I purchased both sizes of this stuff and it tastes nothing like the Dekang Silver Label. While I would not call it awful there is a clear difference in quality and flavor. I have searched the internet high and low to find the nicely labeled Dekang Silver Label sold in the US with no luck. Every site has those clear plastic bottles with the inkjet label and colored caps.

Given my situation and the comments about how amazing US made e-liquids are I read some reviews and decided to go 180 degrees different with 100% VG all natural liquids and placed and ordered for three different flavors from Virgin Vapor.

1. 1oz bottle of Kona Coffee Milkshake. 3rd place 2011 flavor of the year. Batch dating has it almost 3 months old from what I have read it should not require any steeping. Smelled like alcohol and perfume when I opened it and after trying so hard to like it I finally decided it needed to steep longer. Two weeks later steeping with the cap off it still tastes and smells the same.

2. 1/2oz bottle of Thrilla in Vanilla. Batch label has it almost two months old. I noticed immediately that there were little things floating in this and the bottle was very cloudy. It smelled like alcohol and flowers when I opened it and it tasted like perfume and very very light vanilla. Steeped for two weeks open and the flavor is still the same.

3. 1/4oz bottle of Maple French Toast. Batch label has it almost 3 months old. Smelled like Maple French Toast and it tastes like Maple French Toast. Not something I would vape all day, but great as an occasional sweet.

I have since ordered more juice after reading MANY more reviews and am hoping for better luck.

Try leaving the juices with alcohol in a cool dark place with the top off for 48 hours. The alcohol should evaporate & be much better.

Hi Chokey! If they didn't improve to your liking in three months, they are most likely not your thing.

Eiliquids are notoriously difficult to describe and/or recommend. Look for reputable vendors who offer small samples, 3 ml bottles if possible. I can vape 3 ml of anything, but no more. It's all trial and error.
