Hi everybody! I've been vaping since just before having spine surgery
in July. I had to quit smoking because the nicotine in cigarettes would
interfere with the spinal fusion. I've tried all the other methods and
drugs to help me quit. They were either ineffective or had bad side
effects. vaping has allowed me to bring an end to 34 years of smoking.
I started out with low-nic juice and have been vaping zero-nic since
the surgery. I feel great after having quit cigarettes! :)

I have only been a vapor for a month, but I have been through a couple of lower back surgeries. My doctors have always insisted that smoking is one of the worst things I could be doing for my back problems, but I ignored what they said, feeling "What could they know?" Well, I'll bet they're right! Hopefully getting off of all of the toxins and high levels of nicotine will help my long term back issues. It remains to be seen, but I am very optimistic.
